Congratulation on your new job at Marshall’s, and welcome to my website. As a newly hired or staff-changed employee with Marshalls, you can access the TJX ESS (Employee Self-Service) anywhere and anytime. TJX ESS is a secure oracle platform that allows you to view and update your information online, view your weekly pay stubs, enroll in the benefits plans, request for leave of absence, add or update your federal tax information and much more online whenever and as often, as you need. However, you will need to register for an account to access the TJX Employee Self-Service portal. Registration must be completed using a personal computer, not a computer connected to the TJX intranet. If your account authentication is unsuccessful, verify the name, dob, and AIN you have entered. If you face this problem again, contact HR Xpress at +1-888-627-6299 or the service desk at +1-888-444-4848.
Pay Stubs / Pay Slips
To go straight to the TJX oracle self-service portal, clickon the link below and follow these instructions:
- If this is your first time- create a unique username and password. To start- click on https://www.mytjx.com/OA_HTML/AssociateRegister6.jsp?lang=US. This will take you to the registration page, where you must select US TJX SELF REGISTRATION under Navigator. You will be asked for personal information in the next step and click next. Review your entered information and click on Submit. Now you can create a unique user ID and password.
- Returning user- go to https://www.mytjx.com/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp and log in with your unique user id and password.
- To view your weekly payslip, click on Payslip. This will show a list of pay statements; the most recent is at the top. You can also choose a desired date and view or print it out.
- If you have specific questions about your account, you can return to the welcome to the ESS page. There are too many helpful resources or contact the IT office.
W-2
Your important W-2 form from Marshalls is available online through paperlessemployee.com. Both active and former colleagues can log in by entering https://paperlessemployee.com/tjx into an internet browser’s address bar. If this is the first time, you must create an account using your personal and employment information such as AIN, SSN, DOB, etc. Once done, you will download it as a pdf or order a printed copy by mail.
